When will CEMBRIC launch?
CEMBRIC is preparing its first candle collection. Join the email list to be notified when products become available.
Where do you ship?
For the first launch, CEMBRIC plans to ship within the United States only. Shipping regions can be updated later.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time is currently estimated at 2–4 business days once orders open. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier.
Do you accept returns?
Because candles are handmade home fragrance products, returns and exchanges may be limited. If there is an issue with an order after launch, contact support so CEMBRIC can help.
Are the candles handmade?
Yes. CEMBRIC candles are made in small batches and hand-poured with care.
What wax do you use?
The starter collection uses soy wax. Product-specific details can be added to each product page as the collection develops.
Can I burn the candle for more than 4 hours?
No. For safety and candle performance, do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Let it cool, trim the wick, and relight only when safe.
